I've never had a bad experience at a discount tires. The rep Jared even gave me the rebate so I wouldn't have to do it online and wait for my money in the mail. I'll be coming back
They were able to repair my tire for free and gave me an inspection of all of them. They explained everything and didn't pressure me to purchase. Very courteous and professional!! They will be getting all of my tire business from now on!! Thank you!!
The representative I worked with today was Trey. This man recognized I was not having the greatest of days, and though he didn't have to he went above and beyond in trying to make it right for me. Gave me a great price and then surprised me and even threw in an extra tire!! I have been a very satisfied customer for years although this was my first time meeting Trey!!!
I love this place,but this time I wasn't happy.They told me the wait would be 45 minutes.I was there over 2 hours.
