Out of every place I have been, this is by far the best! I have been going to them for all of my tire needs for almost 5 years. They have the best prices and go above and beyond for their customers. They are so quick and efficient, I have never waited for more than 30 mins and have never had any problems. The staff is so incredibly nice. They make me feel better about spending a few hundred dollars. Lol. Wish I could give them 10 stars!!
John Gerberding went the extra mile for me this week when sourcing the specific tire that I was seeking. I utilized their price-match policy, and got the best bang for my buck because of their hard work. They work for you, not against you. Discount Tire Salem, customer service and efficient employees, has solidified my preferred choice of tire and wheel service. This will be my 3rd vehicle with new tires from them. Make sure to give these guys a look when the time comes to replace your tires/wheels!
I'm very happy with the service I received, they fixed my flat, gave me a reasonable quote for new tires! They were fast and efficient and even saved the nail for my 5yr old from the tire! Thank you for making a stressful situation easier!
