I've been shopping at Discount Tire 4/25 years and I've never had a bad experience. The store in Salem is no exception, great customer service and very reasonable prices. Don't shop anywhere else for your tires go to Discount Tire.
I had a very good experience buying new tires for my car! My salesman, Riley, gave me a great deal on new tires and my car was done in a reasonable amount of time! Will definitely be back when it's time for new tires on our truck! The Salem store rocks!! Keep up the good work!
I love discount tires. Friendly service...but this last time I went in to get 4 new tires I was told 1.5 to 2 hours wait. I came back 2.5 hours later and my truck was still not ready. It 3 hours for them to switch my tires. Normally they would get 5 stars from me but this last time if they would have said 3 hours I would have came back the next day not wait around.
We are so happy with the service at Discount Tires! Great Staff!! Give them a try!

Discount tire has bent over backwards and always made my purchases a great experience! I would highly recommend them! Also, I'm looking forward to their continued representation at our 5th annual Salem Jeepers Summer Jam Sat Aug 6th!!
Discount Tire was so concerned with my safety they made it work with what I was able to afford. Not only was I out in and out in 20 mins the service, friendly workers never once did I not feel attended too. Also $50 cheaper then down the road. By the way I decided on Discount Tire because they treated my son so well when he took his car in. Always going to get my referrals. Thanks John for awesome service. Cindy D.
