Nathan was great! He worked my car in and was very understanding so I could get on my way!! Great person!!
Got a flat yesterday, called first thing this morning about getting new tires put on. There were other appointments ahead of me but they were still able to get me in and out in less time than quoted-which is awesome when you're trying to get things done before work!
The guys at the Bothell Discount Tire are the best. Attitude says it all.
I just left the shop. It does not matter what my issue is: flat tire, rotation, balancing, etc. I ALWAYS get fantastic service from the guys there but today JJ gets the award for most excellent customer service! I feel I am listened to and met with honest answers, not just trying to make a buck. You guys are the best!

Could only afford to buy 2 tires, but the guys at the Bothell store worked a deal like no other and I drove away with 4 new tires and I didn't have to use my vacation $$. Love these guys. Thx
