Slow rude unfortunately for me, counter person was testing tires i hadn't requested a repair on!

They found the problem with my tire that another shop didn't and fixed it within an hour.
I just want to say Discount Tire really stepped up to the plate about my car and the situation with my tires. Rick, the manager, was not only apologetic about the situation but made sure I felt supported and respected. I can *only* say good things and even though this was a frustrating experience, this company really worked hard to make it right by me. That kind of customer service seems non-existent and I felt treated like a *person* and not disposable. I will not do business anywhere else.
