Discount Tires in Shoreline-The Best Amazing-in and out in 20 minutes, just as promised. Actually they promised me 20 minutes, but I was out on the street with my new tire in 18! I wasn't sure if I needed 2 or 4 tires-a chance for them to make a quick buck-but they assured me I only needed 2 and rotated them for free. I mentioned I was going to be selling the car soon, and they pointed out that the guarantee was transferrable to the new owner, and shined the tires up! That was the stupidest thing I ever heard!! Here is my conversation (with 10" of snow on the ground): (me) "Hi do you have chains?" (DT) "Sold out" (me) "When are you getting more?" (DT) "Next winter. Should have prepared sooner . . ." Needless to say this is going to be my last visit to Discount Tire.
Very Satisfied Repeat Customer I have made numerous purchases here for full sets on both my personal vehicles as well as tires for a number of the trucks in my fleet. I have always found the sales folks to be very helpful, installations done as promised and on time, warranty honored (due to a dealership that admitted it didn't rotate when they were supposed to), and prices fair. DT has earned a loyal customer - I plan on making any future tire purchases here.

Devin provided exemplary customer service from the moment I entered the store. He went above and beyond to find a great solution for my unique vehicle, and educated me along the way. Been coming to the Shoreline store for several years and they never disappoint. Customer service is excellent and I always get out earlier than the time frame given. In fact I’ve never been there for more than 45 minutes!
They took great care with my ‘baby’! I will always go to Discount Tire in Shoreline for all my tire needs!
