Very impressed with my service here. While waiting for a new tire after getting a flat, I waited in the waiting area. The phone was ringing off the hook and they answered the phone as if it were the first call of the day... Hard to do when the phone doesn't stop ringing. They gave me updates on my car and the pricing was very reasonable. Although I hope I don't have to come here soon, if I do have a car issue come up this is where I will go.
A big thank you to the guys and gal at this location - you're always so friendly and helpful. It's great to know I can always count on you for help!
My Daughter lives in Ypsilanti, Mi. and whenever she needs help with her tires, this Discount Tire Center has gone out of their way to help her in every way (when others don't seem to have the time to help a single girl living away from the help of her family) ! Thank you Discount Tire.
Won't go there again. Sold my son a faulty tire and wont make it right. I was with him when he ran over a pothole. I've done so many times and have never had my tire "shred" the way it did. It was awful as we were on the expressway at the time. Very thankful it didn't cause a major accident. We were left stranded for until we could get towed. Got a flat tire in Ann Arbor today. I was just a couple businesses down the street from Discount Tire on Washtenaw, so I gave them a call. The manager, Rich, sent Ray over to the business I was at. Ray pulled the tire and fixed it for me in no time. AWESOME customer service guys!!! — at Discount Tire.
