We have trusted Discount Tire on Washtenaw for many years for our tire needs, and have always appreciated their thorough and courteous care. However, manager Nick just has gone above and beyond. When I took my car in for new tires, the team did not notice that I had a cracked wheel, and my new tire kept going flat. Nick replaced not only my tire, but my wheel at no charge, because the problem had not been noticed at my first visit.
Always have a good experience here. Friendly staff, quick work, free coffee and water. Thanks so much for all your help over the years!
I came in as an "add on" during a very busy afternoon and despite my wait (which I understand), I was provided fantastic service. Mike, Rick and Nick, up front, were always friendly, positive and provided assistance to every customer with the intent to get the work done. I was very impressed by the outstanding customer service. I definitely recommend getting your tire service here!
