These guys work hard.. Got amazing deal on my tires about 8 mths ago. I called yesterday to see about removing a nail.. I went on my lunch they were slammed i offered to come back around 5ish they were still slammed not only with apts but walkins. They were able to squeeze me even knowing they were gonna be there way past closing. Andy had an irate customer and dealt with it so professionally. -This place is a joke. I ordered 2 tires on the 7th of July and they said 3 to 5 days, never heard from anyone. So I called on Thursday the 13th and they said they were in Georgia, and they said they should be in the next day or two. Still never heard anything, called back on the 19th and they said oh it looks like they came in on the 17th, sorry nobody called you. Nobody offered anything to make up for it. Not happy with this place at all.

Horrible. I went in on a Saturday (almost 2 weeks ago) to order a tire. They said it would be ready by Wed and would call me so I could come in. No call on Wed. Called Thursday morning to follow up, they told me they had to order a different tire without even telling me. The new one would be ready in a few days (by Saturday). I called Saturday.
