I'm sitting at NTB for the third time due to you either installing the TPMS sensor/valve stem.... Or having a bad batch...... Thanks! Stick to NTB where they don't rush and break valve stems
We have taken our cars here for years. The one time there was a problem they corrected it immediately and were sincere about making it right. I trust my cars in their hands and plan to stay a customer for years to come.

Made an "appointment" for 3:30pm to have my tires rotated. After they gathered all my info and put it in the computer, they said they be able to get to my truck in about 45 minutes. I reminded them I had an appointment. They responded that with the appointment I only had to wait 45 minutes - walk-in customers would have to wait and hour and a half. An appointment is not a designated time to begin waiting - it is a designated time to begin working. I wrote the manager and he wasn't helpful - just said that was their policy. S... read more
