The courtesy and customer service is consistent from the front desk staff to the installers.
The Discount Tire team was friendly and helpful! I made an appointment online ahead of time, so I got in and out in about an hour. My tire had a screw in it so it just needed a patch. My only suggestion would be to offer wifi to your customers to use while they're waiting!

I had a great experience at Discount tires in Cedar Park. Picked up a screw in my tire so I dropped by to set an appointment. They were busy. I told the associate that I could come back. He encouraged me not to drive around with the screw in my tire as it could come out at any time. So, I went ahead and had it serviced. It took about an hour. These guys were great. After all was said and done, they didn't even charge me for the flat. Thanks for a great experience.
I don't normally do this, but this was my second experience at this particular Discount Tire and I am so blown away by how amazing their customer service is. I have never been very comfortable with taking my car in to get looked at. I don't know very much about cars and always feel worried I'm going to sound stupid or get screwed over.
