After traveling home to visit my family I noticed the low tire pressure warning on my vehicle. I stopped in on a very busy Black Friday and they found time to look at my tire that same day. The issue was due to a nail in my tire which they removed at no cost. Extremely good service and I now know where I will be getting my next set of tires!
Adam from Rochester discount tire was the most help I've ever had. He assisted in making sure i got my tire from beginning to end.
Stopped by earlier today they repaired my tire and balanced it then put it back on my truck and didn't charge me a penny. These tires were not purchased from them they were the ones on my truck when I bought it but I guarantee my next set will be.
These guys are above & beyond!! The measure of a business is how/what you do when it’s not required to or it’s not your issue to cover...they repaired my tire which had a screw in it at no charge to us! They have won a lifetime customer!!
Didn't have all four tires I was quoted so they helped me with a more expensive tire to make it more reasonably priced for me. Great service, fun, quick!
