First time going here. Needed a flat tire fixed, had me in and out in an hour, friendly staff, and didn't charge me anything. Definitely have my business in the future.
Took a tire in that wouldn't hold air. Was told the inner liner was cracked, so they replaced the tire since we had the warranty in it. For a minimal fee, we put the warranty on the new tire and were good to go! Great customer service.
We have always had good experiences at both locations. Yesterday we were told that even with our appointment it would take maybe 45 minutes to an hour for 4 brand new tires. We got the keys back in under a half hour!
I've gotten both wheels and tires here for 2 vehicles. The guys here are wonderful. I don't know much about tires or wheels so they helped me out. I told them the look I was going for. Great place. Thank you.
From Fort Worth, Texas. Losing air in one tire. They replaced stem at no charge to me even though tires were purchased from Kia.
I would not recommend Discount Tire in Rochester Mn. I've got nothing but the runaround and misinformation from them. I purchased 2 sets of wheels and tire and there were issues with both. Discount Tire use to stand behind their product now it's just rhetoric. The Falken Rocky Mounts they sold were garbage and the softer rubber on the sides wore out within 6-8 months, by 18 month they were unsafe to drive in rain or snow but they still registered as 7/10 of tread in the center so Discount Tire had me Drive an hour twice to l... read more
