Had two tires mounted and balanced today. One wheel was brand new one and one was a wheel off of the car. Before starting work I had them inspect both wheels and they said they were fine. I returned an hour later to find both wheels scratches including the one that just came out of the box. The managers response was if I'm going to be that particular about my wheels I need to find somewhere else to do them.
