Thank you, Discount Tire, for your quick and excellent service! Yesterday, after a long day of work, I had just picked up my girls from my mom's house and we were headed to buy new shoes for my daughter and fill Valentine's bags and make dinner. The last thing that I anticipated was getting a giant nail caught in my tire. Thank you so much for taking care of us and fixing it a half hour before you closed. We will not get tires from anywhere else. You are a gem in our community!
Warning if you call and ask for a tire rotation you better get a time you need it back cause I called and ask if they could do a tire rotation while I had lunch and they said sure then when I drive to the store they say 1hour and 20 minutes what a disservice
I guess I will have schedule my next flat tire before it happens ! They are terrible about working stuff In and accommodating walk in customers. Not happy
Thank you Discount Tire Store in Taylors, SC. You could have just told us our tire could not be fixed having a screw embedded in it, and pushed us to buy 2 new tires (you never buy just 1). But instead you fixed it and at no charge. Your service is exceptional. I'll be back when it is time to get new tires!!!
