I love Discount Tire! They do so many things for free. Most Tire places if you get a flat and have them replace it, they will deduct the amount of tread u used and make u pay for what u used. Discount Tire replaced the tire with no deductions. Straight up replaced. Badda Bing Badda Boom and I'm outa there.�
They always take care of my tire needs in a reasonable time at a reasonable price. Fixed my tire for free after I picked up a piece of metal... thank you
Special thanks to the crew who got me in and out today, under budget, and on time. Nathan got me hooked up with what I needed, got me checked in, and my car in the bay in under 10 minutes. A group of 4 swarmed the car (I'm sure it's because I walked in close to closing time) and got my rubber changed in about 15 minutes. Thanks again for another great decision to use Discount Tire. I will definitely be back!
They fixed my tire but they didnt rotate them like i asked. If i wasnt watching, i would of thought they were doing it. Had a long wait.
Was not very happy, made a appointment because my tires weren't in, they had to order them. Sat there for over a hour then one of the guys told me they had to pick up my tires...? Took 2 hours for me to get my tires done, only had 2 put on. And I had a actual appointment, but yet when they opened they didn't even ask if anyone had one, just took the walkins 1st

Kevin took very good care of us, as well as explained the products and choices in a way we could understand them.
I'm on my 3rd car being serviced there (since 1997). Wouldn't go any any other place. They treat older adults with respect. Thanks, guys.
