My wife and I have been going to different discount tire locations for years for years and have always appreciated the value and service. Went to this location today and specifically (they walked back and notated it on our service order) that we couldn’t pick it up until after they closed and please put the key under the mat and leave it unlocked. horrible horrible service. terrible managers. waited for ever to get air just to be told to go to bell tire! Well bell will have no problem taking my money when I need tires next. I have always bought my tires from discount tire on 28th st in Wyoming. I will never buy from them again! Had a lot of people that could have helped with air but they were to busy standing around!

I went to Discount Tire on Saturday. They couldn't fit me in. So I had to make an appointment for Monday. On Monday they couldn't find anything wrong with my tire. So now on Thursday I have a flat tire. Thanks Discount Tire.
This place went above and beyond to make its customers comfortable during buying new tires and putting them on. They did not have to touch my keys or get in my car. I stayed in my car while they put new tires on my car. I felt safe the whole time. Thank you for the great customer service Discount.
