Always an outstanding service! I have never waited more than an hour even when they are super busy. I don't go anywhere for tire services but here. They are the best!!
Great, prompt service. Only tire company I use. This location has improved dramatically over the years while under new management. I came in for a tire rotation (no appointment) and was out with my replacement tires within an hour.
Very impressed! Just stopped by to have my tire pressure checked. All the bays were full so thought it might be a wait, but a young man saw me an approached immediately directing me to pull in behind a truck. A second young man greeted me, offered me a cold water (very nice touch!!) and I was in and out within 5 minutes. Already a Discount Tire customer, but I think after this I will be moving permanently to this location! Bonus points for being right by my gym :-)
Fast and efficient service. Was told 45 minute wait for tire rotation and balance. They were done in less than 30. Also the guys were super friendly and nice. I'll definitely be back to this location!
This Lake Pleasant/Happy Valley location is extraordinary. I have no hesitation recommending this location and this team to anyone! Such wonderful, wonderful customer service!
