Had a set of 65,000 miles tires put on. Lasted for under 18,000 miles. Guy there tells me he doesn't like the Faulken brand. Had to argue to get a full refund on a new set of another brand. The guarantee doesn't transfer either. The founder that just passed away would not be happy with the customer service at this store.
Went to repair a tire, found a better quote from another shop and discount tried to keep me waiting until closing hours. They said they could match the price only after I waited an hour. I found another tire place that replaced two new tires for the price that discount would have charged for one used tire. Horrible establishment.
These guys will rip you off, even if you are loyal customer. They have no respect for other time. They say they will price match but it’s a lie! Johnny is a liar

We went to the shop was told 90 min to 120 min wait ended up only being 1 hr. wait even though they were extremely busy. Those guys work as a team.
