The Plainfield In store is a class act!!I had a broken belt in a tire today. I was a walk-in @ 8:40am. The salesman assessed the damage and went to work. He sent a runner to get tires from another store. He got me a refund for the damaged tire. In under a couple of hours. My truck had new tires and I was out the door! I felt their was a sense of urgency and care for me. During the whole process!

Javier helped me in the front office fixing a situation, and ensured I was well taken care of and he was very understanding. He kept contact throughout the entire process and an A+ in customer service and patience. I would recommend this location, especially Javier. It’s has been my experience that they always provide great customer service. Even if something goes wrong they make sure to make it right. Today was no different. I knew I had a leak in one tire but woke up with a flat tire on another wheel. Driver over to discount tire in Mira Mesa. They said it would be 45 minutes to an hour. I was in and out in about 25 minutes. Thanks again for always providing top service.
Awesome, awesome experience!!! Steve went out his way to help me with my vehicle and even assisted with lunch while I waited!! Very great service! Will definitely Be coming back!
