Tony Capitano (assistant mgr) was excellent. I showed up and opening and he had me in and out in approximately 20 minutes with two new tires installed and balanced. Not only was he courteous and fair but the service department was extremely efficient. A job well done!
Excellent customer service! Visiting from out of town, left a spring training game to find a flat tire on our rental car in the parking lot. Their customer service turned a bad situation into a good experience!
the service was expedient and friendly and only took about 45 minutes so not bad..just enough to go have a nice breakfast and relax..overall a great experience:)
They were very nice and went out of their way to fill my spare tire/ which I didn't don't know was low. 👍
Been waiting 15 minutes to get my tire pressure checked - the guy in front of me has been waiting even longer. This location is horrible, it's close to where I live but and I keep thinking things will change but every time it's the same - I will go to the Goodyear location. Customer service sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't offer a service you can't provide!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have been a customer of John Dierken and Discount Tire for 30 years. Always fair and honest with great service. Would not even consider purchasing tires anywhere else.
