I will always take my business to discount tire they are very courteous and the prices and warranties are awesome.
Always a positive experience at this location. Today I drove over to have my tires balanced and rotated. I knew the hours were 8-5 on Saturday so I wanted to get an early start. I arrived at approximately 7:45 and to my surprise, the bay doors were open and this location was in full swing. When I questioned the early start, one gentleman explained that this was because of the holiday weekend, and they did not want their customers waiting longer than needed. Went discount tire very dissatisfied with their customers service. Had me wait for 35 mins to apply for a credit card. The guys there said we would have done before my car was ready. Well my was ready and the guy hands me paper work. Really I could of been filling that the whole time I was there. That's bs.....
