They are always taking 3 to 4 hours just to fix a flat. It's ridiculous...

Never going back again. Dropped my truck off because of a slow leak. 4 hours later no phone call. Went back and found the truck out back parked with the spare on. Went inside stood in like for 30 minuets. Was told they tried to call 3 times, I showed them my phone and no such calls were made. They said the damage was through the side wall and not repairable. Very friendly staff and excellent service! I was told the wait would be about and hour and forty-five minutes (which was no problem and expected due to the amount of customers), however, since I just had one tire change they slipped me in and out in about 30 minutes! Would highly recommend this location!
Raymundo took care of me and honored my Road hazard warranty even though I had a special circumstance that was in a “gray area”.
