They are so off on the estimated wait time it’s ridiculous they tell you whenever they you want to hear just to get you in once you’re in then you’re stuck. My car wasn’t even started by the estimated wait time at the wait three hours for them to start my car.. prices are always higher then what was quoted. Solana Beach Discounts is the worst experience I ever had!
Fernando was great: Personable, knowledgeable and professional! Had an 11:30am appointment during lunch hour, and car was ready in about 35 minutes for 2 new tires & rotation. Always the Best!!

Great customer experience
I'm not sure what Jeanie below is talking about. I don't know anyone there personally and have never had a bad experience. Always had very helpful, fast knowledgeable service. Only Discount Tire I go to. Was just there yesterday for a nail in the tire. Great service as always!
Ian at the Solana Beach store helped me out and made everything go so smoothly. I was in and out in no time and it was great. All the staff was extremely helpful and nice. Thank you so much!
Waited 10 minutes before someone acknowledged I was there. Took another 10 minutes for someone to actually help me. Guy in line behind me says this store is always this way and it seems as if they are always short handed up front. Otherwise my tire rotation went smooth and was very fast for not having an appointment. Thanks!
