Apparently when you get new tires you should should get the air sensors rebuilt. Who knew🤷🏻♀️Tires less than 2 weeks old. Walked out of the gym and one tire was almost flat😳I had about 30 minutes to pick up the kids😱I slightly panicked then found a discount tires next door. Drove right up. I freaked out today as I noticed both the front tires on my truck were worn to metal on the inside. I only had barely over 10,000 miles on my quality Michelin tires. Dennis looked at them and confirmed it was a mechanical problem with my truck and I told him how a shop had changed the ball joints earlier in the year. He referred me to check my alignment and took great care of me. Very good service at this store . :) Even though they were busy my damaged tire was repaired in minutes :)
99% of the time they say xx minute wait, and they keep there word. Monday they said they were not to busy, so very short wait. This turned into a 70 minute wait for a tire rotation, nothing else. Hoping this is not a standard, over all Discount tire has been excellent.
I made an appointment & I was in & out in less than 40 mins!!!
I've bought all my tires for my Kia Sorento at this location and today brought it in for a tire rotation. Not only is their front desk staff friendly, the employees that do the BOH tire services are quick and always do an AWESOME job! Thanks again! ��
