This was the first time buying tires from Discount Tire. They were very friendly and courteous. The next day when I brought the car over to get new tires I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Awesome service!
Fast and super friendly service. They didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. It was the BEST experience I have EVER had at a tire shop. They patched my brand new tire for free even though my tire was purchased somewhere else. I own four vehicles and I plan to take all of my vehicles here for tires from now on. I can't praise this place enough. If I could give them 100 stars...I would.
Quick and efficient service. Appointment was at 12:30 and they got me in right away. People working the desk were friendly and didn't try and "upsell" me on things I didn't need. All around great experience and I will most definitely be back for my tire needs.
Went for my free rotation & balance. They were awesome as usual.
Edited: The manager, Chris Moody, called me almost immediately after I posted the review below to rectify the issues I had. He went above and beyond what I expected. I could not be happier now. I will continue to be a customer and appreciate everything that Customer Relations and Chris did to help correct the issues below. I was at this location about 2 weeks ago to have my tires rotated because I kept feeling a vibration in one of them.
