sent my daughter there with two continental tires that had broken belts. she had road hazzard and had just had the vehicle in the mechanics shop for 4 wheel alignment. she purchased 2 tires the day before at that location and had the alignment as per their instructions. then when she came in today they said it was "flat spots" and it's "mechanical." it was just in the shop so we know it wasnt mechanical. the tires are obviously out of round with humps. this is a dangerous situation and tires like that FAIL. they didnt even t... read more
Great service as always. Fast and Courteous
Thank you to all the staff who assisted me today! I went in for 2 new tires but they found that another one had a nail in it. They immediately told me they could take care of it and it was covered under my warranty! Not only that but they did all the work in under an hour and had me on my way! Great service, professionalism and knowledge from start to finish!
Had 4 new tires put on my wife’s van - less than an hour ! That’s mounted and balanced.... van rides like it is new ! Very satisfied at the quality of service and price. I’ll never go back to competitor again.
Very friendly and helpful but extremely slow. No hurry at all to move people in and out. Here for almost 2 hrs and still waiting for car to go in. It moves faster in humble and they have a lot more people that needs service.
Started out not very happy. Went in to just have my scheduled route and balance only to find out I had wires showing on tires that had less than 25000 miles on them. I had paid over $200 per tire and thought I had bought tires that would last a lot longer. Kevin the manager at the Discount Tire by Parkdale help me get setup so that now I should get at least 70000. I am now a loyal customer. Thank you Kevin and crew for making this a good experience.

I will tell you all these guy's did the trick I had been to one of the other store 3 times this week and they couldn't get it done!
