all technicians need to be able to drive a manual transmission car. the guy that was pulling mine out of the bay didnt know how to and almost went thru the back wall of the shop. then on top of that they got my car stuck on the lift and couldn't get it out. if you work in the automotive profession you should be able to drive a manual transmission car. if not stay the heck away from customers cars that are stick shift. yall are lucky you didnt total my car and didn't do anymore damage to it. plus take out your back wall of yo... read more
Today we hit a metal object on Eastex Freeway and instantly had a blow out. My husband put the spare on and we went to Discount Tire to get a new one. Kenneth was our salesman. From the moment we told him what happened til they pulled my car out of the shop, he was great. He was very caring and thorough. We will continue to use them for all our needs and hope Kenneth sticks around. I didn’t catch the guys name that changed the tire but he was very nice. I been waiting three hours for one tire to be replaced.six people in the garage and only two of them working the sales guy Kyle is vary rude he is saying he is the manager and talking down to other customers

Stop blaming others for your faults! NO ONE else touches my tires and wheels, except for Discount Tire, and for them to play the blame game because they don't want to take responsibility for their mistakes is unprofessional! You've lost a customer who has depended on you for over 20 years!
