This is the second time purchasing tires from this Discount Tire. The first time I was unhappy with how the factory tires were wearing, so they contacted the tire manufacturer for me and got me 40% back towards the purchase of new tires! They suggested the Yokohama YK-HTX (a tire exclusive to them) but I couldn't be more pleased. Amazing tires in any weather condition. I was having a really awful morning when I woke up to a flat tire. I brought it in today even though I didn't buy it there (it's covered by warranty at another place across town). I wish I caught the name of the guy who helped me because he was so nice. They patched up the tire and sent me on my way at NO cost. I was shocked. It was one of those moments that turned my awful day around. Next time I need tires I'll be giving them my business.
Called Ross at discount tire off Maynard road in Cary yesterday to get a Price on a set of tires not only did I buy one set I bought 2 sets and everything came out to 344.61 and installed in an hour and now here's the catch I got a price from mr tire up the street and they were going to charge me $339.89 for 2 tires and alignment not including labor. I've been to discount tire many times and they never disappoint
Have now bought four sets of tires from Discount Tires in both CA and now NC. Easy transaction, nice showroom and helpful folks. In and out quickly.
Great service. I usually don't go to this location but they were the only ones with my size in stock. I had an appointment at 8:45 to get four new tires on my truck, I was out by 10:00. Everyone was extremely helpful. Would recommend to anyone.
