Shout out to discount tire they mistakenly changed the wrong tire and by the time I got back the tire pick up guy. Already had picked up the tires so he hooked me up with another brand new tire for FREE now got to brand new back tires and we had just gotten 4 tires on my girls ride two days before there cheapest prices in tow
I haven't a issue that I didnt end up happy with my service.
Managers Moe and Jacob did an excellent job today helping me get tires on my car. Every time i come here they exceed my expectations and go the extra mile for their customers. I discovered an almost flat tire after a 2hr dr appt for my daughter. I was right next to Discount Tire so I stopped in to see if they could help me out. I was greeted immediately and Moe checked the air pressure on my tires. He told me that tire was indeed low and they'd take care of it right away. They fixed the tire which had a nail in it, and had us on our way in less than 30 mins. They were all very friendly and professional and also very sweet to my tired and grumpy little girl! I would come back again for sure.
Travis came out and greeted me when I came in and took excellent care of my Corvette. Waiting area is very nice and even when there was a small issue getting my wheels off (lost wheel key) the guys in the back quickly took care of the problem. This location has put tires on both the family Corvettes and considering price and customer service we wouldn't go anywhere else.
After buying four new tires two years ago I've been advised but discount tire that they are worn out and cannot be rotated. This is unacceptable to need tires so soon some how the tires there getting are defective and the refuse to replace them. Not sure if this has happened to anyone else but me and my family are not safe with there product.
