Every time we make appointments, they always tell us they are running behind by 45 minutes to an hour. WHY OFFER APPOINTMENTS? Also, since I get texts about these appointments, why can I get a text saying you're running late and we don't need to show up on time? The staff are friendly, but at some point in all this waiting that matters less and less.

Service was friendly and quick. I went in to have one tire replaced and ended up replacing all 4. I wasn't given a lot of options (for 4 tires) before asking, but once I did ask about other options, I felt like the sales person was being straight forward. I don't know if I needed all 4 tires replaced yet, but the deals and service are too amazing to turn down. Also, finance approval was immediate and interest free!!
Always help even though these tires were not even purchased here. All my others have been and will continue to be! They are excellent!
