This is not a good discount tire location. They care little about service and more about making a sale. The guys that work on the car are good and knowledgeable but the guys at the front don't acknowledge customers when they come in typically. Also, their appointments seem worthless best to just drop off your vehicle when you have an appointment. Price is fine though.

Questionable Business Practices – Discount Tire, since you would have not cared if I wasted my time and fuel to come in for a baited appointment, then you shouldn't mind reaping what you sow: On-line appointment was made for SPECIFIC TIRE on a Thursday evening with your Highway 55/High House shop in Cary,NC.

No issues – I have a hard time believing many reviews on here. Overly negative ones strike me as from a competitor, while glowing positive ones are often from an employee or someone closely connected to the business. (see below for the review that states the "world would be a better place" if more businesses were like this. Um, ok, let's get a grip.) Anyhow, have been putting off the purchase of new tires. Rude Rude Rude! – Okay, so I call this store and ask about a tire I'm looking at on their website, the guy I talk to says he would have to order it and for some reason it is more expensive than the price I'm looking at ON THEIR WEBSITE that claims "no additional charges". Then he spends 5 minutes trying to talk me into another tire they have in stock. I humor him, then order the tires I wanted to buy online. I will not go back. – I had bought three sets of tires at Discount Tire and everything was fine. Reasonable pricing, good service. Or so I thought. I just had my state inspection done and they showed me how the ball joints on my vehicle were hanging by a thread - they were so worn out. Scary things can happen when a ball joint fails. Great customer service! – One of my tires exploded so I was rolled into Discount Tire on my donut. I found them online because I wanted somewhere close to home and it had mostly good reviews. I walked in and someone helped me right away. I asked him to inspect my other three tires because I suspected they might be problematic and I sure didn't want another blow out. Avoid like the plague! – I have always gone here and never had a problem, until about 2 months ago. I brought it in because of a leak. I told them when I got there that I had to pick my niece up at 3 (it was 12:30). I was the only one in the store. No problem! They said the tire needed to be replaced, then I would be out of there. So Grateful – I recently noticed that the rim on my front tire was bent. I had no idea how this happened (or how bad the problem was), but with the terrible condition of some of the roads in Morrisville, I can't say I'm surprised.
