Had tire issue. They fixed it quickly. Great employees and service. 10/10
I had a flat tire after work earlier this week. I had to put the donut on my car and find a ride to my grandpas funeral the next day. After the funeral I brought my tire into discount tire for a repair. They asked me to bring my car back so they can mount the tire back on once they were able to repair it. They didn’t charge me! After dealing with the BS at Walmart, I came here. What a difference!! They actually answer the phone, they don’t make you wait for hours, they don’t cancel your appts, they have staff actually present, they have tires in stock or actually order them and get them in right away, they’re fast, friendly, respectful, professional and SO EASY. Also, I went to Walmart because I thought it would be cheaper. Nope. 412$ for the basic tires I needed at Walmart versus 344$. Do not go to Walmart.
