I love this place. The staff is kind and reassuring, no matter how frazzled I am. I got a flat in a loaner car and they are fixing it for free and still made me feel like a valued customer that they were happy to see.

I was very pleased with my service at Discount Tire yesterday. The staff was wonderful they got me in and out and gave me a great price on my tires, they were very helpful giving me the name of a mechanic to perform other work I needed on my vehicle. I will always use Discount Tire for my tire needs.

This place is the best place to get your tires. They met me at the door when I pulled up without an appointment. My tire was going flat and when I walked toward the building there was someone there to greet me. I told him my situation and they fixed it. Quick and easy. I love the emails when it's time to rotate and put air in the tires!!!
Had the best service ever. Also, had a nail damage on a tire and also discovered another tire needed to be replaced. I agreed and paid for a new tire and the sales rep said they would fix the other one. Well, he showed me the tire caught two nails and was not repairable, for which, I first thought, now I have to buy two new tires. I got tires from Cody last year. I have been in for my pressure checks, and balancing and rotations, but never had Cody. But I went yesterday for my rotation, and he remembered me from when he sold me the tires a year ago. That is great customer service. All the guys there have been great. But to remember someone after a year. Two thumbs up.
