Long wait but ok Staff work hard

Consistent good service. Best to make an appointment due to their high walk-in traffic but they work hard to get you on your way when you need repair or air safety check.
If your purchase isn't over $100, then you'll be waiting over 2 hours. I've seen walk-ins come in after me with no appointment and purchase tire (s) and get serviced before me? Just a shame when priority is the bigger spenders. Sad but true. And this isn't the first time this happens that's why I'm saying this............
I had two tires with nails. VW told me one had to be replaced for $130 plus $25 if I wanted that tire put on� plus $35 to plug the hole in the other tire. I went to Discount in O'side on Plaza. They opened 10 minutes early for me when they saw me outside then immediatly patched up and balanced my tires then sent me on my way refusing to take any money from me! Way to do business Discount; you now have a family with A LOT of tires who are devoted customers.
Not how I wanted to start my day but the guys at Discount Tire on Plaza Dr are as awesome as always. Jumped right on pulling the wheel to fix the flat ... by the way, super cool how they repair the puncture from both sides. Plus they decided it best to rotate my tires left to right (staggered tire size on my car) And outside the awesome customer service, they did it all without any charge.
