RecommendedThe customer service is excellent. They sold my issue with my rim after weeks of turmoil trying to find a rim, find someone to unbend the rim to no avail. They took time to discuss all the options and I was in and out in 45 minutes. I watched closely as customers came in and they treat everybody the same. A++ customer service. I would give them more than a 5. Now I will get my tires balanced, fixed and purchased here. Goodbye Costco!

We knew we needed tires before winter, I called and talked to Chris. Chris talked me through options, we narrowed down to the tire, and made an appointment. As they were switching out my tires they realized the size that was on my car was wrong and I needed an upgrade set of tires. I was not charged for the upgrade tires! We were in town for a work site visit. Went to the parking garage and found a flat tire. We changed it and headed to Discount Tire for a safety check. They checked out our GMCYukon immediately, located a nail in another tire, parched the hole, rotated our tires all quickly and kindly so we could get back on the road to West Michigan.
