Today I needed to buy new tires. Unfortunately, I needed four tires and was only prepared to buy two. When the workers at Discount Tire of Avon were rotating the tires they realized one of the two which were left really shouldn't be used. They replaced it FREE with a used one they had until I could return to purchase the other two. Now that's customer service!
Like them, always friendly. Seems like good prices on tires. The only complaint I have, they had to order my tires and said they would be in Friday. Well here it is Tuesday 5 days later and I'm getting them put on.
Very accommodating ,explain everything and the price is right.

Absolutely amazing!! I called them to schedule an appointment to get new tires. Not only did they get me in the same day and worked around my schedule, they got all 4 tires switched out on my truck with in an hour. They even drove out to their Parma store to pick up the tires I wanted!! Dustin was a huge help and went above and beyond for me, and the rest of the crew worked fast and efficient!! I won't be going anywhere else for tires in the future!!! Thank you!
Anyone in the market for tires go to Discount Tire in Avon. When you buy from them, they take care of you! I bought a tire from them recently and noticed a nail in a completely different tire that I didn't buy from them and they fixed it for FREE!!! seriously such great service and highly recommend them. Great customer service still exists!
Best service I've encountered in the tire industry, and I spent a couple of years in the industry myself. Knowledgeable and very courteous staff.
I highly recommend the Avon Discount Tire!! Brand new tires in less that a 1/2 hour!! GREAT prices and awesome customer service!!
Brian and Dustin were very helpful, professional, friendly, and the service was fast! Less than 30 minutes to replace all four tires, and the most reasonably priced store I had found. Highly recommended, and will be back next time I am in the market for tires.
