I thought this was supposed to be a discount tire store. Sent my 16yr old son in for a new tire for his car. They charged him $160.. He needed another one a few days ago. I sent him to another tire place and he paid half of what this place charged and was offered 2 new tires for the price of one at discount tire.. My family will not be using this place again.

I took my daughter's car in to have the brake replaced before she moved to Dallas TX. Upon her arrival in Dallas, she experienced complete brake failure with the pedal going to the floor and having to stop the car using the emergency brake. We had the car towed to a local repair shop and found that the brake line was broken causing all of the brake fluid to leave the system. I just recently took my vehicle here to have a new set of tires put on. I was wondering why my vehicle was riding so rough especially after just getting brand new tires. I ended up discovering they did not properly secure my tires to my vehicle. I had all 20 lug nuts before I dropped it off and they returned it to me with only 15 lug nuts. Each tire is missing a lug nut and my front driver side was missing 2 lug nuts, and they decided to replace 1 of the missing lug nuts with just 1 plain nut bolt. I have literally never received better customer service in my life. I have had multiple of there employees help me out in the past week and a half and each one was amazing! It’s super good to see a business that has so much integrity nowadays! Very honest, Very respectful, Very helpful, Very knowledgeable staff! Not to mention the best price’s anywhere here to Rexburg!

I’ve bn using discount tire sinc I was 18 am now 66. I’ve always had great experiences in Houston where I’m from to moving to Las Vegas being a customer at the store on Windmill Pkwy. Here in Henderson Nv until today. First go in the store bc I’ve had issues with my left tire in the front. Bn in the store three times for an issue with this tire where it had a nail and they repaired the tire. I have road hazard on the other tires but this tire evidently was the original tire on my car was not a discount tire. This is all well... read more

I gave a 3 star because I've always been satisfied until now. I got 4 new tires last year and I had warranty Then I moved 4 hours away. Now one of my tires is bad and we were back home last week but discount tires wouldn't stand behind the warranty because conveniently they've been discontinued. So now I'm sitting at a tire place getting a new tire and paying quite a bit cheaper. I won't go back to discount because there also not that cheap

Discount Tires dropped the ball today. I had to get a new tire due to a screw in my tire. I had a 1:00 appointment by 2:10 the car had still not been worked considering I was told for 35 minutes mine was next yet they kept taking other cars back that came way after me. I finally got mad. After realizing they messed up they did my tire in under 15 minutes. You should have done that in the first place. Shame on you Discount Tires for doing that to an old lady!

Would do a zero star if I could. My daughter bought 4 new tires, and they cracked her RIM. Instead of taking care of it, they blamed her, and even said that she must have done it driving out of their driveway. They talked down to her, and acted as she knows nothing. When I called and spoke with the assistant manager, same thing, he was rude and condescending. Will obsoletely NEVER go back, oh and yes as promised filed the complaint with the BBB. If you have after market rims and will not take responsibility for them.

I drove home on a flat because no one stopped to help me change it I got home I called discount tires and asked them if they could come put my spare on drive my car to their store and I would buy four new tires from them which I did need this was on February 24th.
