I always, always get great customer service at this location! Even though it was the end of the day and a lot of people were there, Jeremy was making sure that everybody was greeted and taken care of quickly. I will always go to Discount Tire.

Excellent service received today at Discount Tire on Houston Hwy. Always amazed at the consistent customer service skills each and every employee possesses. Flat fixed, tires rotated and all at no charge. You can bet I’ll be back!! Thanks guys!

Jeremy was very respectable and very helpful I needed to replace 2 old tires on my car I was in and out in 20 to 30 minutes���

I was left very unsatisfied with their services, I had a flat tire on a new tire that I bought a couple of months ago, which I had warranty on, that I had paid $50 for, so why wasn't I given another new tire

Always a great experience. Helpful, caring and trustworthy. Like dealing with a bunch of Boy Scouts. It is for me especially, as a female, that I can go in there and not feel like I am being taken advantage of. My service guy Jeremy consistently treated everyone that walked in with respect and a great amount of courtesy. I return to and recommend Discount Tire all the time!.
