I have dealt with Discount Tire for years. Larry Bradford at the Bellingham store and Ryan and Ricky in the Burlington store are awesome. The customer service is 110%. I am a lifetime customer for sure.
After many years of going to the same local tire place that now only services commercial tires I went out on a limb and took my truck to Discount Tires in Burlington. I was beyond satisfied with the service I received. I did not originally purchase my tires there and I was a "walk-in". Eric greeted me with a smile, was very informative about my current tire status, had my flat repaired, had all my other tires checked, and I was out the door in less than an hour (which was greatly appreciated since I was on my lunch), oh and ... read more
Absolute worst customer service and deplorable technical skills. I literally had to remove my own tire in the shop after they claimed they couldn't get it off while also stripping out my lug nuts. Also, the manager Ricky needs to watch how he speaks to people.
You guys are rockstars! Won't go anywhere else thank you bunches!
