RecommendedHats off to these guys today! I had ordered some tires online for my wife's car and scheduled the appointment for the install today. Due to the past week and a half of crappy weather we had the tires I ordered had not arrived. These guys found a more expensive replacement set in stock and installed them with no additional cost to me. Now that's customer service! Keep up the great work Discount Tire!
The manager Rick Hugo was exceptionally helpful and his ability to care and understand the customer is why I recommend and thank their staff!
I was just helped out by Ryan and he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and safe. Also they didn't try and talk me into buying something I didn't need. Customer service was awesome!

Amazing wonderful employees. Blew my tire on my way to Canada. Didn't know the back tires weren't covered on insurance and didn't have the money for a while new tire so they only charged me for the mounting of the tire and the cost of the new insurance on the tire. So greatful!!
One of my tires was leaking air so I stopped in for a repair and they did it for free. Now it’s good as new. You can’t beat service like that!
Thanks for not calling to tell me my cars done..as i walk around Burlington in pouring rain....
