Had a short window of time to get my tires replaced today. Mike came out, measured my tread, and assured me they'd have us done quickly. After checking mileage and seeing that we purchased the old tires from Discount Tire, he notified me that I would be getting a credit, per tire, since I didn't get the mileage advertised. I cannot remember the last time I felt like a business was sticking up for me. My son and I walked across the street to Panda Express. Other than the wait (because they were so busy) it was a good experience. Friendly staff, decent pricing. I'll go back again when I need New tires.
I went in after learning I needed two new tires. I could only afford two and the didn't have the ones I found online in stock. The not only found me a reasonable alternative. Knowing I had no additional funds for tires, they replaced a tire les schuab had "fixed" the day before with a used tire at no additional cost. Les schuab did not fix it properly and what they did made it irreparable. ❤️❤️ Thank you thank you thank you! Good to know my family will be safe on the road now!
Big shout out to Justin and the crew at Discount Tire! I got a flat tire yesterday and after exploring my options at Peterson's and Costco, drove over to Discount Tire where customer service reigns supreme! When I need new tires I am going to to to Discount Tire. Call me a customer for life! Thank you!!!
