Discount tire did a fantastic job today! The young gentleman that said he would do everything he could to help us did just that! I needed the tires rotated and balanced, but unfortunately the tire center I used previously lost the tool to get the wheels off! We had tried 3 other tire centers and no one could help. Needed 4 new tires for our RV following a blowout. This Discount Tire location in St. Augustine blew us away with their EXCELLENT customer service. Got everything set up with Todd over the phone, everything was ready when we arrived and Justin Reliford got us back on the road with 4 new tires in about 30 minutes!! Amazing!! Arrived from North Little Rock, AR, only to find a screw in one of my tires couple days later. Tire pressure down to 25 so my S-I-L took to St. Augustine Discount Tires. They plugged and repaired at no charge! Great service, people and product! Thanks SA Discount Tires!
