Tremendous rave for Discount Tire Store at 2449 S.R. 16, St. Augustine, FL 32092. I bought four tires from them a couple of year ago and anytime I need the tires inflated or other minor work, they do it for free and are so appreciative of my business. This morning I found a screw in one of my tires that was the size of a small crowbar. After changing to the spare, I zipped up to Discount Tire where they happily repaired the punctured tire, put it back on, stowed away the spare, and had me out the door within twenty minutes. ... read more
I was with my friend to go shopping at the mall. We discovered a large screw in the tire and took it to the closest tire repair shop. The tire was fixed in a very reasonable amount of time and done at no charge. What a wonderful surprise in the Christmas season. I wish I could remember the names but it takes a true team to provide the excellent service we received. Thank you so much!!
Super grateful for the amazing service I received after my low tire pressure light came on. I figured it was because of the change in temperature, but it was something a little more complicated that could have been a serious issue. Sam is a life saver! He took care of it as soon as possible and got my truck back into safe driving condition for myself and my daughter! I will return for any and all tire needs!
The long wait is to be expected on the Weekends. However, the prices are the best in town. The staff is very patient and friendly. Also, the coffee is excellent.
