I came in a couple of weeks ago and a nice person waited on me. Told me I have 40,000 on my tires and time for new and I explained that could not do that now. I just wanted tire rotation. It was going to be a long wait and I had appointments, so I came in to do it today. The guy who waited on me today said the same thing and I said i just wanted tire rotation and he said no. Needed a new wheel, walked in and out in 20 minutes on a Saturday morning.
The guys here at Discount are amazing, it's nice to walk into any location and see smiling faces. I had a right front drivers side tire that kept going flat on me. Took it in on 1/7/17. I figured I'd have a long wait since it was a Saturday, I waited about 1 hour. Not to bad for being a Saturday afternoon. I was pleased. I would recommend discount to anyone as they are always professional and always happy to help
They was amazing. They helped me get the right tires and size and they even helped me out by changing out my spare tire for free since I bought 4 brand new tires. Thank you guys.
I just bought 4 new tires to go on my husband's truck. First they put the wrong size tires on and they rubbed. Got that fixed and now 1 keeps going flat. They pulled the tire off once and cleaned the rim and said we shouldn't have anymore problems with it but it's still going flat and they refuse to fix it. The tire pressure monitoring is also not working on one tire even though they installed new ones when I purchased the tires. It's been less than a week and I've already spent over 7 hours waiting for my tires to be fixed.... read more
