Excellent customer service. I picked up a nice nail in my tire but found out only after closing time at Discount Tire. Seeing one of the bays still open, I drove by to see what time I could get in the next day. Even though they were officially "closed", Steven Warren was especially accommodating & insisted they open a closed bay and fixed my tire right then and there with no bother at all. If I could write a review with 0 Stars I would. I brought in a flat tire to them because I was looking for a cheap patch to get me back on the road. I was told the tire was unfixable and because they didn’t have a tire matching my other three I would have to buy four brand new tires. I can’t afford four new tires so I told them I would have to think on it. If zero or a minus number was offered that's what you'd get. My daughter was in your store this morning to get a flat repaired was informed that the tire could not be fixed you had nothing to match her tire so she'd need to buy 4 new tires shame on you for trying to screw her over She left your store went to Big O they fixed the tire no question and had her on the road safely in less then 20 min again shame on you.
I showed up after business hours and these guys took EXCELLENT care of me and my Car! Thank You ...all of you, for going home late to your families, because of a layer arrival. You delivered the best customer care! You are appreciated!
