Awsome very friendly and caring and fast service and helpful
Two weeks ago I went in to get my tire changed due to a crack in the wall of it. Of course they change my tire and I continue on with my day. Last week my low tire pressure light came on for what was suppose to be my new tire so I got out and noticed my same old tire was still there and my new tire was on the other side of my car. I went in today and explained the situation and they apologized and gave me another new tire. Thank you Dillan for your help today.
If there were a 0 star I would give it. Had discount tire replace my wheel on an 09 cobalt on 6-22-16. When I got the vehicle back it had the TPMS light on. They claimed they couldn't reset it without the Keyfob (I've never had one for this vehicle, it's a base model). So I have the TPMS sensor check at Pepboys only to find out they can't read it implying that it's faulty. So I order a replacement kit and sensor. I've lived in Tennessee for 2 years now and this is the first time I've had a Discount Tire store nearby, but I've always ordered my tires from them online because their prices are awesome. I went to order 4 new tires for my Expedition and called the store just out of curiosity and they ordered the tires for me and matched all their online prices. They were extremely helpful and I got some awesome tires for my truck. Discount Tire is the only place I'll get my tires for all my vehicles.
This store is Fantastic!!!! We were traveling through going back home out of state and got a flat tire! They were so helpful and friendly! Stayed late just to take care of us! Would recommend this store to everyone. Thanks for caring about our safety and getting us back on the road on a Friday night�
