Excellent customer service. Had an appointment at 3 was out before 4. Got 4 new tires and they look great. 100% satisfied. Will use next time I need a set. Highly recommend! :)
People are great, but there has to be a better system when getting there first thing in the morning. I was the second to arrive, and the 6th to be served. And, every time I go, I have to return to get a tire fixed because the air in at least one of them always leaks - when it/they didn't before. However, the people there try hard and they do take care of their customers very well.
I bought 6 new tires for my truck last October..... They were swamped as usual. Well I recently noticed that the tires didn't match...... Went back in and with 5 minutes to closing, they put 6 brand new tires on my truck at no charge...... They are always so nice.
We have 4 vehicles in our family. DT gets all our tire business. I appreciate how they hustle, make every attempt to satisfy their customers. Keep it up!
