This morning I called at 11 am to see if they had my size tires in Stock. Didn't carry the ones that they had put on them the last time, but did find some comparable and got me in at 12:15. Took 20 minutes to put them on.....wow that's fast.
Refusal to rotate my tires because of wear and unsafe. Always wanting to sell new ones. 3,000 miles ago they were just fine??? I've been ASE Master and GM Master Certified since 1996 and I know if tires are unsafe. The practices of Discount Tire stores are lacking to say to the least.
Well I never had a problem before with them. But my husband just took his truck in there for some tire repair before Christmas and tonight while driving to work. I got a call from him stating he had a very bad vibration. He pulled into a driveway and found that he had 3stripped lug stems. The tire wasn't tighten right. So I'm thankful he didn't lose his tire causing him to wreck. We are going to go else where tho due to this incident. GREAT GUYS ! THEY WILL MAKE SURE YOU ARE SAFE! I KNOW OF A YOUNG COUPLE THAT THEY WERE STUGGLING AND THEY MADE THEIR BUDGET WORK .
