I needed a tire checked that was losing air and stopped in a few minutes before closing time on this snowy Saturday. Only because I would not be able to stop in until Wed on my next day off and didn't want to get stranded with a bad tire. They were more than willing to help me. I felt bad that I wasn't able to get by earlier in the day. I always get great service here and am treated with respect. Thank you from a loyal customer!!
After being told sorry by a competitor right across the street, I came in with a chunk of metal in my tire shortly before closing. My tire was unrepairable but they did put my spare on at no charge to get me back on the road. Thank you for helping a customer in need and understanding true customer service!!
I purchased 5 new BF Goodrich TA KO2 tires and 5 new rims. It was very reasonably priced, very fast install and very friendly staff. Ask for Shaun, he was extremely helpful. This is the 2nd full set of tires and rims I have purchased from this store. On the first set there was later a problem with a valve stem that I cracked and they fixed it for no charge. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
